Open API and Blockchain Technology: Will-writing & Legacy planning platform

 Over a period of 6 months, Emmet Insight provided co-created the products and services, iWills' customer value proposition (CVPs) and designed the online user journey (UIUX) of the iWills platform. 

Emmet Insight undertook the role of Product Owner to drive and project manage the web development, while the iWills team provided the technology team support.

Leveraging on Emmet Insight's network in legal and financial sector, strategic partnerships with the banks, insurance agencies, Fintechs and law firms have been established.

As Will-writing has been a taboo topic even among financially-savvy Singaporean, outreach is an important part to play as part of business development. Emmet Insight together with the partners ran multiple Will-writing seminars for their clients.
