iWills is a personal legacy planning platform providing free Will-writing services for anyone who signs up.
The platform allows individuals to track and manage their assets ranging from properties, bank accounts, insurance policies, investments and even business holdings.
Over a period of 6 months, Emmet Insight provided consultation on the design of customer value proposition and user journey of the iWills platform. During the tenure, we undertook the role of Product Owner to drive and project manage the web development, and established the partnership ecosystem with the lawyers and Fintechs.
